Refund & Dispute Policy
Consulting & IT Services
All consulting, IT strategy, managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud computing, digital transformation, and project management services are delivered as professional services. Due to the time and expertise invested, fees for completed services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include revisions or a partial credit at our discretion. Rental Services
Rental fees are non-refundable once equipment has been delivered or picked up. If equipment is returned early, no partial refund will be issued for unused rental days unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the rental period. Damage to rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the renter.
Course / Educational Services
Registration fees for the "Business Systems for Small Companies" course are non-refundable once your registration has been confirmed. If we cancel or reschedule the course, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the next available session.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, as we are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Cancellation Policy
Consulting & IT Services
You may cancel a scheduled engagement with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session will be charged 50% of the agreed service fee. No-shows without notice will be charged the full session fee.
Rental Services
Rental cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations on the day of rental will be charged the full rental fee.
Course / Educational Services
Course registrations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session at our discretion.
